Meet Lady Zaneen

Lady Zaneen Thomas is the youngest of six siblings. She spent the early years of her childhood in Southeast Washington, D.C., before her family relocated to Central Florida, where her foundation in Christ began to develop and where she started serving in ministry. She has served in several areas to include the worship team, member care, greeter, alter ministry, new member orientation, and core team. Currently as a pastor's wife, Lady Zaneen considers it a honor to serve alongside her husband in ministry.

 

Lady Zaneen assists her husband in teaching Bible study and providing holistic counseling, supporting individuals in their spiritual, emotional, mental, and relational growth. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, a Master's degree in Counseling specializing in Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling, and a Life Coach Certification. She is passionate about helping individuals strengthen their relationships, deepen their faith, and experience healing and restoration through biblical principles and compassionate guidance. She worked in the accounting industry for over 20 years before switching roles as a Mental Health Group Facilitator for a Mood and Anxiety program addressing various Mental Health Diagnoses.

 

Lady Zaneen is also the founder and creator of Arise Tamar®, a faith-based relationship restoration coaching platform dedicated to helping women pursue healing from childhood violation. She emphasizes that professional competence does not automatically translate to relational healing and we must challenge our beliefs and protective patterns often formed after trauma in a safe and compassionate environment. Inspired by her faith and the Word of God, she is an advocate for transformation and encouraging spiritual growth. Her heart for ministry is reflected in her guiding mission: Encourage. Inspire. Educate. and Heal.
